How the workflow is meant to run

A placement cell with 500 students, or a coach with 50 clients, does not have a resume problem — it has a first-draft problem. Every resume needs the same first pass: tailor the bullets to the role, score it against an ATS, list what is wrong. That pass is what the tools on this site already do for individuals, and the coach plan puts them behind one dashboard so the same person can run them across a roster instead of one tab at a time.

The human work stays human. The dashboard queues the resumes that scored lowest or changed most, you review the ones where your judgement actually matters, and the rest ship on the AI draft. Reviews are priced by you, paid by the client through Razorpay, and paid out to you on T+2, with a 20% platform fee.

Colleges and bootcamps

For institutions the unit is the student, not the seat: ₹49 per student per year with a 100-student minimum, a placement-cell admin dashboard, a bulk roster import from CSV, a co-branded landing page for your students, and anonymised aggregate analytics so you can see where a batch is weak — quantification, formatting, keyword coverage — without reading five hundred resumes.

What do students or clients see?

The same tailoring, ATS scoring and feedback tools the site offers individually, with the branded PDF watermark removed on the coach plan and a co-branded landing page for institutions.

Who owns the resumes?

The person who wrote them. Client and student data is handled under the same privacy policy as every individual account on the site, and nothing is published without the owner's consent.
