How it actually works

Open Templates and narrow by style, experience level or industry. Every one of the 69 is single-column and ATS-safe unless the card says otherwise.

Hit Preview on any card to see the real PDF, not a picture of one. If you've already built your master resume, flip the toggle to My data and the same PDF re-renders with your own details.

Use this template takes you to the editor with that template remembered. Fill the sections down the page — name, experience, education, skills. AI suggestions appear on the right as you type.

The master resume is always editable at /resume. Change a bullet there and every future download and every tailored version picks it up — you never edit a template, you edit your resume.

Paste a job description in Tailor and we rewrite your bullets for that role, then score the result. Every tailored version is saved separately with its own downloads — your master never changes.

Paste the JD into Job description, or drop a Naukri / LinkedIn / Indeed link in the URL box and hit Pull JD to fetch it. Add the role title and company so the rewrite can aim properly.

Tone offers formal, confident, humble, results-driven and executive; Length gives 1-page, 2-page or detailed. Then hit Tailor now — it takes about 30 seconds.

You get ATS Score Before and After out of 100, plus keyword coverage — what got added, what matched, what's still missing — and a breakdown across keyword match, quantification, action verbs and more.

Drop the job description into Job description — the letter is grounded in your master resume, so there's nothing else to paste. Role and Company are optional but sharpen the opening line.

Five tones: formal, enthusiastic, story-driven, problem-solver and confident. Pick the one that matches the company, then hit Write cover letter.

You get a subject line plus the letter body. Hit Copy and paste it straight into the application form or email — your last ten letters stay on the page under Recent.

Type the Company and Role and hit Add application — the card lands in the saved column. The Chrome extension can also log applications automatically when you tailor on a job board.

Import from Gmail scans your last 90 days of 'application received' emails and prefills the tracker — Connect Gmail, then Run import. Read-only; we never send mail for you.

Analytics turns the board into response, interview and offer rates plus a stage-by-stage funnel. And if a card sits in applied for a week, we email you a follow-up nudge.

Choose behavioral, technical or HR under Round, and optionally paste the JD so questions aim at the actual job. Then hit Start interview.

Questions come one at a time. Type your answer and Send, or hit Speak answer to dictate — it transcribes for you, which is much closer to the real thing.

Every answer gets Clarity, Structure and Relevance out of 10 with two sentences of feedback — you'll know exactly why an answer felt weak while it's still fresh.

After 5–7 questions you get a Confidence Index out of 100 with your strengths, your gaps, and a practice list to work through before the real interview.

Open & Edit renders the site from your master resume in a new tab, with a small floating toolbar at the bottom.

Click Edit in that toolbar (or just press E) and the text becomes editable where it sits — click a heading, retype it, click away. Press Escape or hit Edit again to stop.

Photo sets your profile picture. Click any picture slot in the page to add a project screenshot or a certificate. Images are compressed in your browser first, then saved to your account, so they follow you to any device.

Download from the toolbar saves one self-contained .html file with every image baked in. Drag it onto Netlify Drop and you have a live link in about a minute. Print saves the same page as a PDF instead.
